Ringfence for iPhone

An expected call was blocked

Open Ringfence, go to Protection, and add the number to your Allowed list. Your Allowed list takes priority over every block Ringfence ships, and applies after iOS installs the next list update.

Ringfence does not appear in Messages

The Text Message Filter chooser is not rendered at all until Screen Unknown Senders is on. Turn that on first in Settings → Apps → Messages, then choose Ringfence under Unknown & Spam. Ringfence cannot tell whether it is your selected filter — iOS publishes nothing an app can read — so the check has to be done there.

Blocking is not taking effect

Open Settings → Apps → Phone → Call Blocking & Identification and confirm Ringfence is enabled. iOS applies a new list on its own schedule after the app downloads it.

Managing a subscription

Live Protection renews through your Apple Account. Open Settings → your name → Subscriptions to change or cancel it. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.

Reach a human

Use the App Store listing's support link, or the contact address shown on the Ringfence listing. Include your iOS version and what you expected to happen — that is usually enough to reproduce it.
